Services and adjustments were not being imported since Aeris Basic was upgrsaded to version 2.0.

Day Sheet Report
A problem with setting the report start date was corrected.
CMS-1500 Diagnosis Codes
The program was corrected to place the diagnosis codes in box 21 in the same order as they are entered in the patient's diagnosis.
CMS-1500 Units
The Days or Units in box 24g was printing blank values.

Problems Corrected

CMS-1500 Boxes 14 and 15
The program was omitting the date qualifier codes.
Data Path
Depending on settings in Windows, installing onto Windows Vista or later could place the data path under c:\Program Files or c:\Program Files (x86), a place where Windows doesn't want data files.
Viewing Electronic Claims
The program would not correctly read a claim file.
Fixing Missing Income Records
When upgrading files, the program could hang with the message "Fixing Missing Income Records."

Diagnosis Codes on CMS-1500 02-12
A new Carrier option for printed and electronic CMS-1500 (0212) claims lets you remove the period from diagnosis codes in box 21.

Selecting the 02-12 version actually printed the 08-05 version and vice-versa.
CMS-1500 02-12 Version
Corrected the diagnosis code pointers in box 24e to show letters rather than numbers.
Viewing Claim Files
Corrected a problem in analyzing the file. The problem prevented viewing a claim file.
Income Accounting Report
The report incorrectly reported the income.

License Codes
Codes now use a more readable font.
Patient Diagnosis Code Source
The ICD-10 radio button is now disabled and the diagnosis source is set to ICD-9 if the diagnosis type is DSM-IV.
Service Diagnosis Source
The ICD-10 radio button is now disabled and the diagnosis source is set to ICD-9 if the diagnosis type is DSM-IV.

Quick Payments
If a quick payment is added while adding a new service from the appointment scheduler, the associated income record may not get created.

Changes and New Features

New CMS-1500 02-12
The THERAPIST now supports the new CMS-1500 form, dated 02-12.
CMS-1500 Box 31 Date
You can now directly set the date in box 31 from the Claims tab of the provider preferences.
CMS-1500 Patient and Insured Names
The generation (Jr., Sr, etc.) will now be printed for patient and subscriber names.
Diagnosis Source
A new field was added to diagnosis codes, patient diagnosis, and service screens. This now lets you indicate whether diagnosis codes come from either ICD-9 or ICD-10.
Program Security
The program files are now signed with a certificate proving that they came from Beaver Creek Software and were not altered.
Old HCFA-1500 Removed
The obsolete HCFA-1500, dated 12-90 was removed from the program.
Obsolete Fields Removed
Fields such as provider Group and PIN numbers and the literal diagnosis code on services were removed because they were used only on the obsolete HCFA-1500 form that was also removed.
